Only persons who are at least 21 years old and have a B category driving license for at least 2 years can rent a vehicle.
You need an ID card or passport and a B category driving license, which will be checked and copied according to our procedure.
Payment can be made upon vehicle pick-up, in cash or by VISA, MASTER, and AMEX cards. Debit cards are accepted.
Rental price includes basic insurance and unlimited mileage. Fuel policy is stated in the contract and during online booking.
An additional driver is allowed with our agency's approval and must be listed in the contract. Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle.
Vehicle types depend on availability at the moment. If the desired vehicle is unavailable, a car of the same or higher class may be provided.
A deposit is required when renting a vehicle and depends on the car model. Minimum deposit is 200 EUR, and 500 EUR for drivers under 25. Returning customers may have a reduced or waived deposit.
Basic insurance (kasko) is included in the price. Full insurance is available; negligence damages are not covered. With full insurance and police report, you have no liability.
Leaving Serbia is allowed with approval and a 40 EUR fee, which includes a green card. You must notify us in advance.
The Belgrade Airport "Nikola Tesla" branch operates 08-22h. Pre-arranged pick-ups or returns 1 hour before or after are free; unannounced deviations incur 15 EUR per hour.
Minimum rental duration is 1 day (24h). Return tolerance is 120 minutes. Exceeding this is considered an additional day.
