GENERAL TERMS:

The basic condition for renting a vehicle is to provide personal documents, specifically an identity card or passport, as well as a driver's license, for inspection, which will then be copied by the authorized persons of Master rent a car in order to comply with the procedure.

The person who rents the vehicle, i.e. the lessee is obliged to sign the contract and thereby confirm that he agrees with the agreed tariff, the amount of the deposit and the timely return of the vehicle. The contract also contains the basic provisions for renting a vehicle, which you can read on the website. Of course, by signing the contract, the tenant confirms that he agrees with all the rights and obligations specified in the contract.

The price of the car: The rental price depends on the car model. The price for daily rental consists of taxes, comprehensive insurance and unlimited mileage, of course, unless otherwise specified in the contract. Daily rental means 24 hours from the moment of picking up the vehicle, with a tolerance of 1 hour of delay when returning it. Prices are expressed in euros, but payment is made in dinars at the exchange rate of Societe Generale Bank. Payment is made when picking up the vehicle, in cash or by credit card. We accept VISA, MASTER and AMEX payment cards.

Deposit:A deposit is required when renting a vehicle. As when it comes to the amount of the rental price and the amount of the deposit, it depends on the car model. The minimum deposit amount is 200 euros. For regular users of our services, the amount of the deposit is reduced, while for those who are younger than 25, the deposit is doubled, and in that case the minimum deposit is 500 euros. We also reserve the right to increase the amount of the deposit or not to release the vehicle to a potential tenant. The deposit can be left in cash or by reserving funds on a payment card. A deposit is not required for old customers.

Insurance:Comprehensive insurance is included in the price. If the vehicle is damaged or stolen, your down payment is actually the amount of the deposit you paid when you rented it. You can also take out full insurance, the amount of which depends on the class of the car. You can see the exact information about the amount of Full insurance on the website when booking. With the addition of the mandatory police report and full insurance, you have no part in the event of vehicle damage. Likewise, in case of theft, with the return of the documents and the vehicle key, you are free from any doubts. However, damage inside the vehicle caused by your carelessness, such as stains, scratches, etc., is not covered by Full Insurance.>

Leaving Serbia: Leaving Serbia with our vehicle is possible with consent and payment of a tax. The fee is 30 euros and with it you get a green card. In order to have the option of leaving the country with our vehicle, it is necessary that you notify us in due time so that we do not put a stamp on the authorization for the vehicle that prohibits that option..

Work hourThe opening hours of the office at Belgrade Airport "Nikola Tesla" are 08:00-22:00. Each pre-arranged, i.e. reserved, renting or returning the vehicle an hour before the start or an hour after the end of the working day makes that hour free. However, by unannounced departure from the branch's working hours, by renting or returning the vehicle an hour before the start or an hour after the end of the working hours, you will be charged an additional 15 euros per hour.

Offer of another vehicleIf a situation occurs that we do not have a free vehicle that you wanted to rent at a given moment, we reserve the right to rent you a car of the same or higher class under the same conditions.

Restrictions related to driving a vehicleDriving a vehicle is prohibited for persons under the influence of drugs, alcohol or psychoactive substances. If the vehicle is damaged or stolen, and the tenant is under the influence of one of the listed substances, he will be obliged to pay the full amount of the damage or theft. In those cases, the insurance does not come into force. Only the lessee is allowed to drive the rented vehicle. By enrolling another person, as an additional driver, in the contract, with the approval of our agency, the right to drive the vehicle is granted to that person as well. If you entrust the management to a person not authorized by the contract and damage or theft occurs, the tenant bears the entire cost.

Length of leaseThe minimum duration of renting a vehicle is 1 day, i.e. 24 hours. The time of renting and picking up the vehicle should be identical. When returning the vehicle, a deviation of up to 120 minutes from the scheduled time is tolerated. Any time overrun beyond these 120 minutes will be treated as an additional rental day.
